CLASS A OUTREACH SCHEME

About the scheme
1. The scheme is provided by WGCADA, in partnership with probation, Social Services and the Local Health Authority.

2. Focusing on targeting clients with Alcohol and Drug addiction in their local communities, whether at one of our outreach clinics or at their homes, a well as our main base in Bridgend.

Who is the scheme suitable for?
The scheme is funded to provide advice, information and support to users of any age, gender and ethnicity in their local communities. The scheme is offered to anyone who has or is in contact with substance misuse problems.

Needle Exchange
Referral for prescribing
Group Work
Domino
Referral to RAP
Progress to work
Wallich Clifford
Housing Benefit help

Referrals
Referrals can be requested via Probation, Social Services, Local Health Board, or clients can also drop in to the agency and self refer at any time.

Referrals are also welcome via family or friend. Please be aware that any referrals received must be done with the consent of the client.
