1. Are you part of AA, NA, ALANON or FAMANON?
No, but we follow the same 12-Step programme in some of our agencies.
2. How safe is what I tell you?
Everything you tell us is treated with confidentiality except for
certain circumstances, which will be explained.
3. How much will I have to pay for help?
Nothing, we are a charity and therefore free.
4. If you don't charge then how are you supported?
We receive funding from different public sectors and donations
from the public and ex-clients.
5. Will you show me how to stop the Drinker or Drug user?
No, this is not our purpose. It is not possible to make someone
stop. We are here to help you.
6. Will you help me convince someone that they have a problem?
No. There is no purpose in doing this because unless they want
to admit to the problem then you cannot and will not convince them
that they do.
7. How do I get the help that you are offering?
By contacting us using the telephone numbers
on this website or by walking into any of our offices.
Our staff will only be too pleased to sit down and talk to you about
what we can do and, more importantly, what you can do to help yourself.
